why do you do what you do?

I do what I do because I want my music to make people feel the way other people’s music makes me feel. If there’s only one person that listens to my tunes to escape the reality of life and forget all the problems they face like I do when I hear my favourite music, then my job is done.

WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

I can’t pinpoint exactly what inspires me, it just comes and goes on it’s own. The music I listen to day to day inspires me a lot, but sometimes it isn’t music that does.

NUMBER 1 TUNE THAT WILL ALWAYS APPEAR IN YOUR SETS?

The one tune that will has always appeared in my sets since it was made is my ‘Funk Will Roll’ remix of A Trak’s ‘Heads Will Roll’. The big atmospheric build up and drop gets me gassed every time I play it, and the fact the original is one of the lead tunes from the film Project X gives it that even bigger party feel.

IF YOU COULD B2B WITH ANY DJ WHO WOULD IT BE?

If I was to go B2B with any DJ it would have to be Skrillex. He’s the first electronic music producer I started listening to and in my opinion one of the most versatile producers on the planet, so if I was to go B2B with him it’d be a set full of bare different sick genres. Plus all his tunes are hard and I bet he has some mad dubs.
